Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, retro hotel with modern amenities, conveniently located near subway, comfortable and nicely designed rooms, great location with shopping center nearby.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is very convenient, with the subway station just a stone's throw away. It was so easy to get around the city. the hotel staff were helpful and friendly. They made me feel welcome and were always ready to assist. The cleanliness of the hotel was also excellent, and the facilities provided were great. The breakfast offered a solid and delicious selection of food. this hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of location, staff, cleanliness, and facilities.

The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the center of Munich. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The room was clean and comfortable, with a modern design that we loved. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. We also enjoyed the cozy bar, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. a great experience!

The only downside was the lack of air conditioning, which made it a bit uncomfortable during the warmer days.

Poor customer service, staff were unhelpful and unavailable at times. Minor maintenance issues in the room, such as cracked shower head and loose taps.

It was conveniently located, with an easy walk to altstadt and public transportation. The off-street parking was plentiful, a relief. The breakfast surprised me with its decent selection. For a short stay when you know you won't be at the hotel much, this place is fine.

The amazing views from the winding wood staircase in the lobby gave us a unique experience. The charming and quirky features of the hotel, like the creaking boards and the musical accompaniment, added to its old-fashioned charm. The breakfast served was good, with a range of delicious pastries, breads, and cheeses. The hotel also had a great location with easy access to public transport and walkable restaurants.

The value for money at this hotel is excellent. I was pleasantly surprised by the affordable prices, especially considering the attention to detail throughout the hotel. The staff were friendly and went out of their way to ensure a comfortable stay. The basic amenities in the room were sufficient, and I especially appreciated the lovely furniture and the view of a beautiful church.

One minor improvement could be made regarding the blinds in the room. They seemed a bit outdated, more like something from the 1980s decor.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Firstly, the location was perfect, right in front of a beautiful park and within walking distance to public transportation. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and provided great service. Finally, the rooms were lovely with charming furniture and a view of a stunning church. Plus, the fact that breakfast was included was a nice bonus.

All was alright and met my expectations.
