Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, retro hotel with modern amenities, conveniently located near subway, comfortable and nicely designed rooms, great location with shopping center nearby, good buffet breakfast.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location is very convenient, with the subway station just a stone's throw away. It was so easy to get around the city. Additionally, the hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly. They made me feel welcome and were always ready to assist. The cleanliness of the hotel was also outstanding, and the facilities provided were top-notch. The breakfast offered a solid and delicious selection of food. this hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of location, staff, cleanliness, and facilities.

The location was fantastic, just a short walk to the center of Munich. The staff were friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The room was clean and comfortable, with a modern design that we loved. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. We also enjoyed the cozy bar, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. a great experience!

The only downside was the lack of air conditioning, which made it a bit uncomfortable during the warmer days.

Poor customer service, staff were unhelpful and unavailable at times. Minor maintenance issues in the room, such as cracked shower head and loose taps.

I had a great rate for my stay at Boutique Hotel Krone Munchen. It was conveniently located, with an easy walk to altstadt and public transportation. The off-street parking was plentiful, which was a relief. The breakfast surprised me with its decent selection. The linens were clean, and the elevator was in working order. For a short stay when you know you won't be at the hotel much, this place is fine.

The breathtaking views from the winding wood staircase in the lobby gave us a unique and memorable experience. Secondly, the staff were incredibly friendly and provided great service. Finally, the rooms were lovely with charming furniture and a view of a stunning church. Plus, the fact that breakfast was included was a nice bonus.
